slow breakfast servicecash only
my stay wasn't perfect. the breakfast service was really slow, and i actually had to leave without eating one morning because no one seemed to notice i was there. i also called reception to check if i could pay for a taxi with my card, and they confirmed it was fine. but when the taxi arrived, they suddenly said they only accepted cash and argued with me about it. this experience was disappointing.

the room was impeccably clean. it also featured a beautifully designed space with a lovely balcony. the food in the restaurant tasted gorgeous. it included flavorful options and beautiful presentation.
The rooms were quite dark. the view faced a neighbor's house. I could see everything inside.

the location was excellent. i found the hotel conveniently close to many cafés and restaurants. housekeeping staff were efficient. the concierge provided good help with parking.
i found a few things were not ideal. the rooftop pool came up to my shins. i also noticed the room balcony could be cleaner. the iron provided one day did not work..

a mixed bag, i suppose
strong coffeesmall roomrushed treatment
the breakfast was decent. they had fresh fruit and the coffee was strong enough to wake the dead.
The room was smaller than expected. We loved the pool, but the view was amazing! the spa treatments felt rushed and overpriced. i paid for a 60-minute massage, but it lasted only 40 minutes and the therapist seemed distracted
